I didn’t get into real estate with a perfect plan. I didn’t really have a mentor, a shortcut, or a manual.

I figured it out one hard lesson at a time—while raising a family, staying up way too late, working myself into the ground and building from the ground up based on the vision in my head.

Struggle... Pain... Success.

In 20 years in this business, I’ve gone from solo agent to brokerage owner, to team leader, to strategic coach. I’ve built a RE/MAX franchise. Then an independent brokerage. Then Luxe Omni, my high-performance real estate team. And now Omni X—a coaching and training company built for agents, team leaders, and brokers who are done winging it and ready to scale on purpose.

But here’s the truth behind all of that:

I’ve struggled. Mentally, financially, physically. I’ve burnt out. I’ve hired the wrong people (so many times!). I’ve stayed too long in situations I should’ve let go of.

I know what it feels like to question everything—even when you look like you have it all together. That’s what makes me so effective now. Because I don’t coach from theory—I coach from trenches.

What I believe about this business:

• Most agents don’t need more training. They need more doing, and stronger leadership.

• Systems scale. Hustle doesn’t.

• Your business should support your life—not consume it.

• Leadership isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being honest and aligned.

• You don’t have to choose between success and integrity. You can have both—if you’re willing to raise the standard.

What I actually do:

Some want to build it themselves. Others want to plug in and go. Either way—I make sure what they’re building actually works.

• Through Luxe Omni, I offer agents the opportunity to plug into a high-performance, high-support team where everything is built—for real estate without burnout.

• Through 1:1 Coaching, I work with growth-minded leaders who are done guessing and ready to operate at the level their vision demands.

My journey summed up in a timeline...

2004 – The Beginning

Started in real estate with no roadmap, no real mentor, and no idea what I was doing. Just grit, drive, and a deep belief I could figure it out.

2009–2016 – The Balancing Act

Worked part-time in real estate while raising kids and rebuilding life after divorce. During this time, I worked in accounting for CPA firms, supporting businesses with tax, audit, and business financial planning. I even opened a retail store in the mall. Survival season. Learning season. Hustle season.

2016 – Full Commitment

Finally went full-time in real estate.

2017 – The Franchise Era

Built a RE/MAX brokerage from the ground up. Grew fast. Learned how to scale—but also what happens when you scale without systems, boundaries, or support.

2021 – The Breakdown That Led to Breakthrough

Hit full burnout. Realized the success I built didn’t match the life I wanted.

That pain lit the match for everything that came next.

2022 – Luxe Omni Was Born

Launched my own independent brokerage and reimagined systems, and structure. Luxe Omni became the blueprint for growth without the grind.

2023 – Luxe Omni Joins eXp Realty

Took Luxe Omni to eXp Realty with a high-performance, done-for-you team model that changed how I supported agents so we could scale faster with better infrastructure and stronger alignment—without compromising service.

2025 – Omni X Launch

After years of helping agents behind the scenes, I launched Omni X—my coaching and training company for agents, team leaders, and broker-owners who want to scale smarter.

Not with hype. With structure, clarity, and execution.

Today – The Mission Is Bigger

Now I lead agents, leaders, and brands with strategy, integrity, and heart. I’m doing this because I know what it’s like to fight for a vision no one else can see—and I believe that if I can rise, I have a responsibility to help others rise too. This isn’t just business for me. It’s purpose, leadership, and legacy. This isn’t about “closing more deals.” It’s about building the business (and life) you actually want to keep.

I do not need applause to know I’m doing the right thing. I was chosen for this. I lead because I’m built for it.
